Shipping

We currently ship to Switzerland. Shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 weeks after dispatch, because our products are shipped from our international suppliers. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods or because of customs.

Tracking

When your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our order tracking page.

Customs and import charges

Orders are shipped from outside Switzerland. In some cases customs duties or import taxes may be charged on delivery; these are the responsibility of the customer.

Problems with your delivery

If your parcel has not arrived after 30 days, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will help you.
